Delivery Timeline
Awards are shipped within 45 to 60 business days from the date your book is published.
This timeframe accounts for customization, packaging, and courier handling.
You will receive an email notification once the award has been shipped.
Important Notes
If your address has changed since submission, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid delivery delays.
In case of non-receipt even after 60 business days, we encourage you to raise a ticket.
