Instead of shipping physical copies directly (which often faced delays), we now provide a coupon code along with a link to the BookLeaf online bookstore. Using this coupon code, you can conveniently order your author copy yourself.
(This change applies to all publishing packages except the Bestseller Package, which continues to include printed author copies.)
